How We Built IBIZI? The Implementation Timeline
We committed to taking IBIZI from a concept to a fully operational automotive platform in six months. We achieved that timeline. This precise process is how we did it.
Discovery & Planning
Backend Development
We built a scalable SQL data warehouse architecture and developed complex VIN/DealNo verification microservices. We then built the RESTful APIs necessary for the two way integration between IBIZI and the critical DMS legacy tools like CDK Global and VinSolution, ensuring a smooth data flow.
UI/UX Design
We designed the system from the operator's perspective, not just the technical spec. In Adobe XD, we iterated on high fidelity wireframes for the specific dealership staff views, prioritizing speed for F&I desk managers and creating an intuitive 'reconditioning workflow' interface for service technicians.
Mobile & Web Build
Our web application development team utilized React and Blazor components to create the fast, unified dealership portal. Simultaneously, our mobile team built the native iOS and Android apps that give dealership clients the mobile interface to book service and track repairs directly.
UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
This was not automated checking. We deployed the solution in a live dealership, watching real users, including service advisors and customers, interact with the pre production system. We refined the entire platform based on their direct feedback, fixing dozens of workflow friction points before the launch.
