What Is My London Transfer?

My London Transfer (MLT) is a UK airport transfer and chauffeur service supported by a connected booking and dispatch platform. Customers enter pickup, destination, flight, passenger, luggage, vehicle, and return-trip details through web or conversational booking. The platform calculates supplier fares, processes multi-currency payments, assigns drivers and vehicles, monitors flight changes, shares live journey updates, and records each booking status for the MLT operations team.

Services Delivered by Hudasoft

Hudasoft combined its AI development services with Ridey’s transportation modules to cover booking, pricing, dispatch, payments, integrations, mobile access, and operational reporting.

Hudasoft built a booking agent that extracts pickup, destination, flight, passenger, luggage, vehicle, and return-trip details. Our AI agent development services convert each completed conversation into validated booking data.

The platform manages bookings, amendments, cancellations, drivers, vehicles, suppliers, scheduled journeys, and trip statuses. Ridey connects dispatch operations with driver job offers, navigation, location sharing, and journey updates.

The pricing engine applies supplier fares, vehicle classes, distances, discounts, currencies, commissions, and booking conditions. Protected supplier accounts maintain separate pricing and control availability through channel-specific stop-sell rules.

Stripe and Adyen process multi-currency charges, refunds, cancellation fees, invoices, operator settlements, and driver payouts. Tokenized payment processing keeps card information outside the MLT application database.

The dashboard gives staff access to bookings, fares, suppliers, drivers, vehicles, payments, complaints, and active journeys. Reporting covers revenue, cancellations, driver performance, vehicle utilization, carbon records, and operational exceptions.

Our AI integration services connect Booking.com, dispatch platforms, maps, flight data, payments, messaging, and mobile applications. REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, and the developer portal support partner onboarding and booking synchronization.

Challenges

Challenges Background

Form-Based Booking Friction

Lengthy transfer forms forced passengers to enter every trip detail before receiving a quote.

Disconnected Operational Systems

Booking, fare, dispatch, payment, and tracking systems could not exchange updates automatically.

Manual Booking Processing

Staff manually checked fares, incomplete booking details, confirmations, and customer notifications.

Challenges Center Card

Complex Supplier Pricing

Separate supplier rules made fares, availability, vehicle classes, and stop-sell controls difficult to manage.

Limited Dispatch Visibility

Dispatchers lacked one view of available drivers, assigned vehicles, and active airport journeys.

Manual Journey Coordination

Flight changes, driver locations, pickup progress, and passenger ETAs required repeated manual coordination.
